Old City District, once known for Ben Franklin’s venereal diseases, wanted to become a modern arts and restaurant honey hole. They wanted a fresh brand, but something that still harkens back to it's iconic history. With some woodblock-inspired custom type, abstract stars and bars, and a new coat of paint, we revived this tired part of Philadelphia. Out with olde and in with the Old.
