OK, now that the dick jokes are out of the way, let's move on. DICK'S Sporting Goods has always been the place to go for everything sports. However, DICK'S wanted to become the place to go for the hottest sneakers for sneaker heads across the nation. Tasked with this ask, we created and branded a sub-brand within DICK'S Sporting Goods. To marry sport with lifestyle, we named it The Score – a place to score the hottest sneaks but still influenced by sports. The mark was created to do the same – inspired by the shape of athletic fields and courts, but also the shape of a shoe box. With the help of this new brand, DICK'S Sporting Goods has become a leader in the sneaker world.
